May Paulele, BCBA, LBA

I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and Licensed Behavior Analyst with over 15 years of experience supporting children and families across school, clinical, and community settings. I specialize in helping families and educators better understand behavior, develop meaningful strategies, and create environments where children can thrive.
I created Behavioral Bridge Collaborative to help bridge the gap between understanding and action, guiding families and schools with practical strategies and compassionate support.

Behavior challenges rarely exist in isolation.

True progress happens when educators, families, and specialist work together with shared understanding and practical strategies.

Behavioral Bridge Collaborative helps schools and families build those connections — translating behavioral science into clear, compassionate support that works in real classrooms and real homes.

Whether you’re a school leader, or a parent, we’ll help you create a clear path forward.
